Description
Whether your customers are just starting their sewing journey, or are seasoned bag makers, our Making Bags Book Club is a great way to build their confidence in bag making. During this six-part club series, they’ll learn the foundational knowledge of bag making, explore new materials, techniques, and make 5 skill-building projects. To continue to build your bag-making confidence, the Fold-Over Crossbody Bag has been designed with similar steps as the Quilted Pouches. This convenient crossbody has a trendy design with contrasting accents. Theres plenty of space inside to store essentials, and the adjustable strap can be removed to allow you to carry this bag as a clutch. With this project, build skills in fabric preparation, adding a contrasting scrap closure, adding an interior slip pocket, easily installing a zipper, assembling the bag, making an adjustable strap, and making an optional tassel.Month 3 Includes the Following:12 x 42″” Main Fabric *12 x 25″” Contrast Fabric * 12 x 42″” Lining12 45″” Fleece Batting (Bosal 326)10 #5 Zipper *Hardware *(1) Zipper Pull (Half Cylinder STS264)(3) 1 D-Ring (STS107)(3) 1 Swivel Hook (STS139)(1) 1 Slider Buckle (STS125)* Fabric and hardware finish may vary from bag images. This kit does not include the instructions to make the bag.
