Quilting is 4 the Birds! includes complete instructions for making a 47 x 43 quilt (as seen on the cover) or individual blocks for smaller projects. The individual blocks include: the blocking jay block (13.25 x 11.5 finished), the quilted cardinal block (13.25 x 11.5 finished), the fancy finch block (13.25 x 10.25 finished) and the robin thread breast block (13.25 x 10.25) . Instructions are also included to create the border and sashing detail, including the leaf blocks. This project is designed using conventional piecing techniques (no paper-piecing).The pattern is a 20 page 5 x 8 booklet printed in full-colour and saddle stitched with a rigid gloss cover.
